Foundation LevelThe SHRM Certified Professional credential is designed for HR professionals engaged in operational roles, implementing policies, and serving as the point of contact for staff and stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements:
- HR-related degree + 1 year HR experience, or
- Non-HR degree + 3 years HR experience, or
- No degree + 4 years HR experience
SHRM-SCP
